Refund and Returns Policy

1. Return Eligibility

We offer a return policy of 7 days from the date of delivery. If 7 days have passed since you received your order, we regret that we cannot offer a return or refund.

2. Conditions for Returns

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition as received
  • The item must be in its original packaging with tags intact
  • A valid proof of purchase (invoice or order confirmation) is required


3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Used or damaged products
  • Customized or personalized items
  • Clearance or discounted items
  • Gift cards

 

4. Return Process

To initiate a return within 7 days, please contact us with your order details. Once your return request is approved, we will provide instructions for returning the item.

5. Refunds

After receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.

6. Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item received was defective or incorrect. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

7. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos for verification. We will arrange a replacement or refund as applicable.

8. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Exchange requests must be made within the 7-day return period.
